The Frisbee is a round disk. That's the somethingness. But it has another side; it has a nothingness which you cannot perceive with your physical mind or your senses.

The way of Zen is to become independent and strong. Don't rely on others for perceptions of life and truth. Do it individually. Go to a teacher of Zen to learn how to do that, not to get answers for individual life situations.

It's necessary when you follow the path of love to love those around you first. Desire tells us that we should have someone else in our life.

The more perfectly you can refine the process of Frisbee, the tighter your energy is and the more you become one with the nothingness of the Frisbee, the nothingness of the play.

The period of meditation is a time when we go back to the source. We go back to what we were before we were born.

Yoga is a removal of the conscious awareness from the world as you know it - the world that you've constructed - through your focus within your mind, to something else.

If you decide that you are a winner, and if you hold that image in your mind strongly enough, you will become a winner.
