A photograph can look any way.
Sometimes I feel like . . . the world is a place I bought a ticket to. Itโs a big show for me, as if it wouldnโt happen if I wasnโt there with a camera.
The camera's dumb, it don't [sic] care who's pushing the button. It doesn't know.
When I look at photographs, I couldn't care less "how."
I photograph to find out what something will look like photographed.
The photograph should be more interesting or more beautiful than what was photographed
