Know that the body is a fragile jar, And make a castle of your mind. In every trial Let understanding fight for you To defend what you have won.

What's done to the children is done to society.

There are, O monks, these four lights. What four? The light of the moon, the light of the sun, the light of fire, and the light of wisdom. Of these four lights, the light of wisdom is supreme.

Do not let pleasure distract you from meditation, from the way. Free yourself from pleasure and pain.
