Once you know the nature of anger and joy is empty and you let them go, you free yourself from karma.

When a wise man has realised this, he takes no pleasure, as a disciple of the Buddhas, even in the pleasures of heaven. Instead he takes pleasure in the elimination of craving.

Life is a river always flowing. do not hold onto things. work hard.
