Offend in neither word nor deed. Eat with moderation. Live in your heart. Seek the highest consciousness. Master yourself according to the law. This is the simple teaching of the awakened.

Everything that happens to us is the result of what we ourselves have thought, said, or done.We alone are responsible for our lives.

Do not say anything harsh: what you have said will be said back to you.

To cease from evil, to do good, and to purify the mind yourself, this is the teaching of all the Buddhas.

The cause of all pain and suffering is ignorance.

If you truly loved yourself, you could never hurt another.

Love yourself and be awake- Today, tomorrow, always. First establish yourself in the way, Then teach others, And so defeat sorrow. To straighten the crooked You must first do a harder thing- Straighten yourself. You are your only master. Who else? Subdue yourself, And discover your master.
