There needs to be debates, like we're going through. There needs to be townhall meetings. There needs to be travel. This is a huge country.

Will you be a spectator or a citizen? To make a difference in this world, you must be involved.

There ought to be limits to freedom. We're aware of the site, and this guy is just a garbage man.

We waited for Congress to act. They couldn't act on the issue. So I just went ahead and signed an executive order which will unleash - [applause] - which says the federal agencies will not discriminate against faith-based programs. They ought to welcome the armies of compassion as opposed to turning them away.
