You have to know why you're rushing about. It's OK to rush about but it's important to know what's driving you, the positives of it and the negatives of it.

We're human beings and the sun is the sun - how can it be bad for you? I don't think anything that's natural can be bad for you.

No. I think they're the idiot people and I'm the normal person. But I don't really go to parties where...I don't really have drunk friends. My friends are kind of adult; they have a drink. But they hold their liquor. I think it's incredibly embarrassing when people are drunk. It just looks so ridiculous. I find it very degrading. I think, oh, you're really degrading yourself right now, to be this pissed out in public.

I think that women, especially women in my job, come to me because they know I'm very loving and nonjudgmental and I'm not competitive, and I've been through a lot.

I'm sort of getting into the idea of nourishing your inner aspect and doing that by investing in your family and making a meal and creating time together.

[When] you're dying laughing because your three-year-old made a fart joke, it doesn't matter what else is going on. That's real happiness.
