I say what I think, and I stand behind what I say.

In Britain, they have a lot of laws to protect you, and we enforce them very strongly so that our children can stay private figures, and the British press leave us alone, which is great. It means we can go on the Tube into the centre of London because it's quicker and more fun for the kids. We can do normal things.

When I was pregnant, I couldn't wear fragrance. I couldn't smell anything. I couldn't smell flowers, I was very sensitive to everything. I could smell orange juice from across the room and I remember thinking, 'I will throw up.'

My actual beauty routine is pretty simple, I try and have a facial once in a while. I'm not a huge products girl. I have so much going on with work and kids, I just use moisturiser basically.

My father was really good at having me stand on my own two feet, both financially and philosophically. His whole parenting philosophy was to give my brother and me the skills to be grown-ups and the curiosity to ask the right questions.

Beyoncé's like, 'Okay. The singing is great. But you're not having any fun.' She's like, 'Remember when we were at Jay's concert and Panjabi MC comes on and you do your crazy Indian dance? Do that. Be you!'

There's so many ups and downs, and there's so many pieces to trying to build a business, and if the intention isn't very, very clear and the business isn't reflecting that intention, then it makes it much harder.
