The 1st secret to success is to simply master your ability to get started, to take the first step. If you want to get physically fit, simply pack a gym bag everyday and get in the car. Once you do, where else are you going to go?

Most people's strategy to achieve more is to do more. But when you focus on becoming more, you find that you can achieve more by doing less.

Focus on who you are becoming not what you are doing

Give up being perfect for being authentic. Be who you are. Love who you are. Others will too.

Two of my favorite phrases to repeat to myself daily are 'Life is perfect' and 'I am grateful'. The more I do, the better I feel. Try it for yourself!

I can't think of anything more empowering than the fact that we are destined to be, do and have anything we choose.
