There is only one problem: You do not trust your powers. There is no difference between you and God. Count your blessings. Be proud of yourself. Make your children, friends and neighbors proud of you. Let your touch be the Master's Touch. Serve the Age of Aquarius. Keep up and God will keep you up. Trust it. Stop looking down at yourself. Feel God within. There is no God outside of you.

Meditation is not what you do in the morning, that's practice. Meditation is the daily result of that practice.

If your breath is very deep in the lungs, it will give you a good red blood. Good red blood, with the oxygen, is quite sufficiently empowered to take away impurities. When the lungs start clearing the blood, then the liver, spleen, and kidneys have much less work to do.

Fools live in fear, a wise man lives in strength.

It's very difficult for people, because when you purify yourself with love you have to merge. Anything in the world is easier to merge than two egos.

Love is nothing but giving, tolerating and sacrificing.

This small little thing, which was started to give people a way of life, with love and dedication, shall prevail in the coming change of the Age.
