Danger is when you are split three ways: Your soul goes one way, your mind goes another way and your body goes yet another way.

Sometimes people do go wrong. There is no judgment needed. Wrong will take a short time or a long time to make the individual aware that something is wrong, and that is the beginning of that person's awakening.

Body is not all. Mind is not all. Spirit is not all. All three make the sense.

It is not possible to live in today's society without a cozy home. What is a cozy home? A cozy home is a place where there is a unity in all those who live there, an understanding in all those who relate to it. There is a will to sacrifice for each other; there is a will to live for each other; there is a will to protect each other.

If you can rhythmically slow down your breath to four breaths a minute, you can indirectly control your mind and slow it down from its obnoxious behavior.

You can never hide from your truth. If you do, you will always be lost.

Your communication should not be for you. Your communication should be a service vehicle to reach the other person. Talking is for the other person. Listening is for you.
