I believe that when you put a smile out there, you get a smile back.

With my busy schedule, it's impossible to have a set fitness routine. So instead I like to try and incorporate exercise into my daily life whenever I can - which requires some creativity.

No Botox. I don't think I will go there. I don't want to say never, because who knows? Maybe in 10 years I will.

People always starve themselves, and then they get hungry, and then they eat the wrong things, like chips or cookies or whatever they can grab.

All German women are beautiful. It's not for nothing that we talk of the German "Fräuleinwunder." You don't get this word in any other language.

I just like to hear that guys have the same problems that we do.
