I'm not going to be able to wave a magic wand and change everybody's thoughts. That's something that can only happen by people working on themselves and being held to account by the rest of us, but what Donald Trump's done really unleashed a lot of darkness and divisiveness.

I think there should be national standards on the use of legal force.

What we are learning around the world is that if women are healthy and educated, their families will flourish. If women are free from violence, their families will flourish. I think that, given the threat that ISIS poses to the region and beyond, as we have sadly seen in our own country, it is important to keep the Iraqi army on a path where they can actually take back territory, to work with the Sunni tribes in Anbar province and elsewhere so that their fighters can be also deployed, to work with the Kurds to provide them the support, but they're doing the fighting. We're doing the support and enabling.
