Looking back now I realise that the worst things that happened to me were the best things in disguise - I just didn’t know how to read the signs.

When everything around you seems bleak, sick and empty - the antidote is forgiveness and love of yourself, and others, plus a dollop of gratitude.

Sometimes I wonder if the lessons in life will ever stop but then why would you want to remain ignorant?

Sometimes the answers are not there until we stand still and listen. But they are there and they are usually surrounded by love. You are too.
