Looking back now I realise that the worst things that happened to me were the best things in disguise - I just didn’t know how to read the signs.

Sometimes we know not where or how far we are going until we stop and think about just how far we have come and why.

I may not be perfect but I am perfect enough to be a very good rendition of me.

If everything was super easy and I didn't have to face the odd bump in the road or difficult time then I guess my 'resilience muscles' wouldn't be in such good shape.

No matter how sorted you think you are, you will always be surrounded by people who are lost and angry. They will test you time and time again.

Sometimes the answers are not there until we stand still and listen. But they are there and they are usually surrounded by love. You are too.
