Looking back now I realise that the worst things that happened to me were the best things in disguise - I just didn’t know how to read the signs.

Some things are sent to test us. Clearly you must be good at problem solving if you are being set tough exams.

When everything around you seems bleak, sick and empty - the antidote is forgiveness and love of yourself, and others, plus a dollop of gratitude.

Life is a series of triumphs and disappointments. Once you harness the disappointments, your triumphs will be greater.
