People shouldn’t be ashamed of their bodies...especially women.

I'm one of those girls who enjoys the fashion, enjoys dressing up, enjoys going to these events. They're fun for me. It's like playing a different side of my personality every time, so I look at it as like a fun element of what we do.

My best piece of advice I could give to all of the women and girls is really to honor and love your own uniqueness and to celebrate that and to really work hard not to try to be something you're not.

The only thing that limits you right now is you.

I thought my body was going to change so quickly with pregnancy that I'd freak out. But it was really gradual.

When World of Dance came around, what I really liked about it was it's from dancers for dancers. For me growing up as a dancer and becoming an actress, Jennifer Lopez really was this icon in that world to me.

I ate really well and I'm vegan. I breastfeed, so everyday I got more and more back to my prebaby shape, but knowing I was going to be filming [Wiches of East End] in six weeks was a nice little reminder.
