To have an incredible increase in self esteem, all you have to do is start doing some little something. You don't have to do spectacularly dramatic things for self esteem to start going off the scale. Just make a commitment to any easy discipline. Then another one and another one.

Resolve says, 'I will.' The man says, 'I will climb this mountain. They told me it is too high, too far, too steep, too rocky, and too difficult. But it's my mountain. I will climb it. You will soon see me waving from the top or dead on the side from trying.'

If you talk to your children, you can help them keep their lives together. If you talk to them skillfully, you can help them to build future dreams.

Don't wish it were easier, wish you were better.

For things to change, YOU have to change. For things to get better, YOU have to get better. For things to improve, YOU have to improve. When YOU grow, EVERYTHING in your life grows with you.

The greatest change to go from average to fortune is not so much an increase in knowledge, but rather, a change in our emotions about achieving our goals.

If you want to be healthy study health... if you want to be wealthy, study wealth... if you want to be happy, study happiness.
