Not realizing what you want is a problem of knowledge. Not pursuing what you want is a problem of motivation. Not achieving what you want is a problem of persistence.

Speak the truth. Transparency breeds legitimacy.

When pastors ask me if their people will buy this vision, I ask them two questions: "Have they bought into your leadership?" If they haven't, don't ever try to pass on a vision. Second, "Have you processed this vision correctly?"

Credibility is a leader's currency. With it, he or she is solvent; without it, he or she is bankrupt.
