When you are being true to what you know in your heart, your whole heart becomes clean.

When you are gentled and quieted in your heart, you are incapable of relating to disappointment, incapable of feeling sorry for your self.

Where you quietly know within, you have no choice.

Everyone is giving something. Everyone is giving what has their heart. What I'm giving you is what has my heart.

Well-being is like water moving down hill. When you block the water, the water turns into a reservoir, reservoir of well-being instead of a flow of well-being. To well-being it doesn’t make a difference.

When you are awakened to being a being, even though you're not yet being it, the purpose of you being in a body fundamentally shifts. In that shift, you know within that you are not first any longer about your humanness. Your humanness is included and it's no longer fundamental, altering your sense of reality.
