Be warmed in your heart in the midst of your sexuality. Your response to your own sexuality is that you are warmly in it, not exploiting it, not moving away from it, that you are completely present in it, warmed.

To really evolve as awareness, be just like your own being in a self like yours and on a planet like this one.

Start out identifying what you know are delicacies of being within, tiny little touches of knowledge that has beingness in it, special soft spots of heart. As soon as you identify them, you need to believe them.

Where your life ends, your being doesn’t. Where your being ends, you don’t. That is what is able to have and move your forms.

As soon as there's pain, you know the gold is just beneath.
