I think you have to be what you are. Don't try to be somebody else. You have to be yourself at all times.

Do passing drills that come from your offense.

We can become great in the eyes of others, but we'll never become successful when we compromise our character and show disloyalty toward friends or teammates. The reverse is also true: No individual or team will become great without loyalty.

One of the greatest motivating factors is the pat on the back, although with some individuals, you have to make the pat a little lower or a little harder.

Understand there is a price to be paid for achieving anything of significance. You must be willing to pay the price.
