Make no mistake, I always want to win, but I never fight with an opponent. My fight is within me it is the struggle to be the best I can be at whatever I do.

With the experience to judge, one need not pre-judge.

I'm no wizard, and I don't like being thought of in that light at all. I think of a wizard as being some sort of magician or something, doing something on the sly or something, and I don't want to be thought of in that way.

Leaders must have patience for those under your supervision. Don't expect too much too soon. Maybe it was easy for you, but that doesn't mean it's going to be easy for somebody else. Be sure you have patience.

You'd like to see your team reasonably happy, but that's not your job. Gain their respect and get them to accept their roles

Well, your greatest joy definitely comes from doing something for another, especially when it was done with no thought of something in return.
