I have a pretty easy life.

I see movies all the time that manipulate you by playing a high note on the piano or some string instrument, and suddenly you're crying. I'm sick of being told what to think.

I think vampires have gotten maybe a little bit silly in the last years where they're all wearing crushed velvet and reading poetry and making sweet love to their victims, you know, it's not really all that scary.

You don't stay the hottest guy forever unless you're, um, Dionysus.

I'm always trying to find something unique or a project that I can do something unique in.

I'm looking forward to finding someone in life that I can be truly happy with and relate to on all levels - someone I can bounce my stuff off. Right now, though, I'm not searching for that. But I still like knowing it will be out there sometime later.

Not living in L.A. gives me a different perspective. I'm not so caught up in the daily process of self-congratulations that's out there.
