When I read the Bible, I see that we should have victory in our life and be overcomers, and I can't even control my temper. I'm impatient. I'm hard to get along with. I'm selfish and self-centered, and I don't seem to have any control over it.

It pleases our heavenly Father when we acknowledge and confess to Him our inability to run our own lives. That is what we are doing when we say, "Father, help me! I need You!"

Today is a brand new beginning for me!

You may think that if someone else doesn't change, you can never be happy. But if you change, you can be happy no matter what.

When we are overly concerned with what people think we will be controlled by the thoughts and opinions of other people.

God is good, and He cannot be anything else.

Make sure you are doing what is important to God-not just what is important to everyone else you know.
