The biggest black eye that you can give the devil is to give God your pain and let Him turn it into gain.

People always want to know how you know. And knowing in your heart is very hard to describe. I think so often, we're trying to understand something with our mind. But, actually, the Bible teaches us that much of what God does in our life will be difficult to understand with the mind.

When you're in a leadership role, you can never please all of the people all of the time. There's also a lot of responsibility that goes along with it that others may not realize.

Let's face it: None of us are ever going to get to the place in life where we have no more disappointments. We can't expect to be sheltered from every little thing. Disappointment is a fact of life--one that must be dealt with.

We don’t need self-confidence we need God-confidence

Personally I am always looking for God to show me where He would like me to give or make a difference in someone else’s life. I wake up every day and ask God how He would like me to be a blessing to someone that day.

Why wouldn’t we run to God. He’s sooo good. God’s not mad at anybody. He just wants to help us be the best that we can be.
