I never stopped grinding. I never stopped hustling. I never stopped working. I just kept moving. It has nothing to do with the money or anything like that. It's just that I love music.

I just love making music. I always stay in the studio. Making music is my main focus.

As a musician, you write and make music as you go. It's definitely in a great sequence. When you release songs, you think, "Let me make sure this goes with this so it's like a story."

I just keep my ear to the street. I haven't read any music books recently, because I figure I read everything I need to know back when I was 12, 13 years old. I know pretty much everything about record publishing, radio stations. The only thing that's changed is you gotta keep up with social media. It's free promotion.

I fell in love with music at 13-years-old. I wanted to be a singer at first and a drummer. Then I fell in love with rap music.

I was 13 and my mom was a librarian so I told her to check out every music book she could possibly find. I wanted to know the business part of being in the music business.
