I do a lot of dancing. I don't like to run much because I get shin splints. I love being outside so I do a lot of hiking. It's very good for toning. I also do lots of light weights.
Julianne HoughIโm actually pretty good at stripping, which makes me wonder what happened in my previous life. Funny enough, I donโt wear a lot of clothes when I dance and itโs very sexy, so it wasnโt too hard to get into the motion of it.
Julianne HoughI also like to feel good when I'm working out. If I put schlubby clothes on, I'm like, 'Blah.' I don't really want to work out. But if I'm feeling cute and I'm looking good - that's my motivation.
