I believe in my privacy. I always have, and I always will. I don't think that my private life needs to be on display for me to get a better response at the box office or for me to get a better choice of movies.

I can understand going for Botox at 45-50, when you want to keep things in place. But I don't understand 25 year olds going for Botox or under the knife. You don't require it. Your skin is fresh, young. Why would you do that to yourself?

I am thrilled that DDLJ has beaten all records, Shah Rukh Khan and I share a close friendship that translates onto the screen. We have such fun working together. Shah Rukh has a great sense of humour. He invests incredible energy into his acting. He reads a lot. I share all these with him. I love books. I love his style of working and abundant refinement. I love him to death and would like to work with him again.

I am simply not interested in the pots and pans affair, and neither can I bring myself to be interested in the same. I have such great cooks in the family that I would rather manage the other affairs and leave the kitchen to those who know it best.

Everyone has the right to their lives and to look the way they want to! Tomorrow I can put on 25 kilos it's my choice, my body!

My mother [actress Tanuja] has taught me that. It's 100 percent home or 100 percent work - I give complete attention to both. That's because I understand that work is not my life, and my life is not just work.

I love my body. And, I'm always working out. I'm an exercise freak, be it cardio, weights, t'ai chi or yoga.
