Policy makers have plainly failed both here in the United States and in Europe as well. People who have suffered because of that. And when they say, "Throw out economists, we don't trust economists anymore," you can totally understand why.

Anyone looking at this debate around the world is thinking 'What is this country doing? They have three wars going on, they're trying to manage major problems and they're thinking of shutting down their government over abortion?'
Katty KayThe difference between a confident person and an unconfident person is simply that the confident person acts on their ambitions and desires and doesnโt let fear of failure stop them.
Katty KayIf you choose not to act, you have little chance of success. Whatโs more, when you choose to act, youโre able to succeed more frequently than you think. How often in life do we avoid doing something because we think weโll fail? Is failure really worse than doing nothing? And how often might we actually have triumphed if we had just decided to give it a try?
