I love a nicely groomed guy who smells good. That's important.

Kids are so busy with different things and are occupied with other things, so when they do find themselves to be creative, it's often that they can be creative in the kitchen and they get the opportunity to bond with family, friends and talk. It just opens up their lines of communication. We need that now for these young people.

You know how the Beatles broke off - they all did their solo projects and they came back together and they were even stronger!

What I did was go into the studio and make music that I love. Make music that when you hear it, it feels good. Whether it was urban inspired, dance inspired, HipHop inspired or it just feels good period.

There is no place for fear. Stay informed, but also be smart enough to decipher what is noise and what is real. Always remembering that love can cast out all hate. I have made a commitment to teach my son love, self-respect, the way of the world and boundaries.

I remember going to Europe and one makeup artist made me look pink, then she tried to correct it but turned me green! I had to learn how to do my own makeup.
