I think - and even with the Live Chin Up movement - it's about women doing things for themselves. Being empowered. Doing things that make you happy. I believe in that philosophy.

I'm not shy about wearing a lot of makeup! But when I don't have to be done up, I just use a bit of concealer and maybe some lip balm.
