I think maybe the key to having a long relationship is really appreciating that person's life and not trying to own it. It's like just stop trying. We all do it.

A lot of actors think that what we do is so important, like we're saving people's lives or something.

I think it's cool to come out of somewhere where you're being pushed into this mold and then you figure out in that who you are.

It's interesting how you can blur the line between acting and living and learn from your performances. I'm just trying to keep learning as much as I can and not get caught up in all the distractions that can play havoc with your mind.

As long as you care as much as I care, you can't be ashamed of anything.

It's amazing to realize that a lot of the insecurities I had when I was younger have pretty much disappeared.

I have been criticized a lot for not looking perfect in every photograph. I'm not embarrassed about it. I'm proud of it. If I took perfect pictures all the time, the people standing in the room with me, or on the carpet, would think, 'What an actress! What a faker!'
