When I'm pushed outside of my comfort zone, I feel vulnerable. That's also one of the reasons I like being pushed out of my comfort zone, because it makes you grow as a person.

What's great is that a lot of us are playing so against type in this, and it's awesome. All of the writers put faith in the fact that we know what we're doing. We have creative freedom, and it's awesome. I think it all worked out. Everybody on the show is so good.

When I see an amazing play or movie, it inspires me as an actress and a filmmaker.

Well, the clothes are really cool that we wear. The sets are so funny, because it's like everything is so real.

It's cool because you get to see that some of these women are there because they should be. They're actually not good people to be in society. And then, other people are there because they just made a really retarded mistake.

When you're in prison, and we're left to our own devices, you're stripped of everything, and you really get to see who these people are, the good and the bad.
