Refuse to open your mind to other people's trash. Tune out anything that promotes conflict or controversy. This can infect you with a mind virus of cynicism or defeat, and you won't even know it!

There are two types of relationships: nourishing and toxic. Do not keep the toxic. What interaction does light have with darkness? None!

Define your priorities, know your values and believe in your purpose. Only then can you effectively share yourself with others.
