I don't know if this is too weird to say, but this is completely surreal for me. Bizarre. The cover of 'Teen Vogue' has been on my bucket list forever.

Starting at 16 years old I was in boardrooms of older executives pitching talk shows. I wanted to be the youngest talk show host for a really long time.

I don't wear dresses all the time - it's nice to save those moments for certain occasions and to make it feel extra special.

I watched a few of Warren Beatty films when I was growing up...my Dad loved 'Heaven Can Wait.'

At first, I didn't hang out with celebrity kids. That wasn't the way I was brought up. I went to a run-of-the-mill Catholic primary school when we first moved to L.A. But then I went to a high school where there were lots of 'industry' children. Those weren't my best friends and I've never set out to make myself a part of that scene.

Everything happens for a reason and, of course at times it's very discouraging, but at the end of the day you can't take it personally and move onward because if you let it sit with you, then it starts to eat away at you and you're allowing someone else to steal your excitement. No one wants that.

I've realized the quirky things that make you different are what make you beautiful.
