I weirdly feel very natural, in the physicality that comes my way, whether it's guns, cars or whatever. For some reason, it's second nature to me.

I've gotten used to the point where I'm so used to being sweaty! I like to wear less makeup and be tougher!

As women, I think it helps that we are complex creatures by nature so just being a woman helps to understand a woman's journey.

Audiences are so much more sophisticated than they've ever been. They expect a lot more. I don't think because it's an hour of your Thursday night rather than an hour and a half of your weekend that you should be gypped at all in quality.

I'm just totally into being strong. There's something about wanting to get a jar or whatever out of a high cupboard, or moving a sofa over because my dog's bone rolled under it, and not having to call anyone for help. There's comfort in that.

The United Nations four or five years ago put out a study that said the meat industry, meat-eating, growing meat for food is the No. 1 killer of our planet - not No. 2 or No. 3: No 1. You know what’s No. 2? Transportation. Everyone thinks that No. 1 is transportation, and goes out and buys a hybrid car. Screw the hybrid cars. Don’t eat hamburgers.

I know young people are all going to have different passions, but I would say that if you happen to have a heart for animals, never forget that without your voice, there is no channel for them.
