Since our peace lies in loving as God loves, we must strive to love everyone. The only love that completes us is the love of God, and the love of God is the love of everyone.

Conscious awareness is the source of our healing...Only when you say the truth can the truth set you free. This is not a negative process, but at times it is a difficult process.

Whatever worked in the past, build on it; whatever didn't work in the past, break the chain that binds you to it.

We are so trained in the thought system of fear and attack that we get to the point where natural thinking - love - feels unnatural and unnatural thinking - fear - feels natural. It takes real discipline and training to unlearn the thought system of fear.

Our most meaningful conversations go on late at night when we're on the phone with our friends or talking to our lovers.

The spiritual journey is the unlearning of fear and the acceptance of love.
