We need love - an awesome love grounded in the evolutionary potential for life on Earth - to become the organizing principle for human society.

My biggest past mistakes have been when I made decisions out of ego rather than spirit. When I acted too quickly. When I wasn't contemplative or reflective or prayerful enough, and I ended up making what I would only later see to be unwise decisions.

Love has a way of showing you to yourself, whether through satisfaction or humiliation. It hovers over you like a magnifying glass you cannot escape, intensifying the slightest feelings of either delight or shame. No other experience makes so obvious the realities of both heaven and hell.

Atoms are driven by consciousness. In proximity to love, they move in harmonious collaboration with other atoms. When in proximity to fear, they become disharmonious and chaotic. We choose each moment the energy that surrounds us.

You receive the light through what you read, through what you hear in meditation, or through some spiritual practice.

No one is any more or any less important than you are.

Think of your career as your ministry. Make your work an expression of love in service to mankind.
