God leads us. God will do the right thing at the right time. And what a difference that makes.

I choose joy... I will invite my God to be the God of circumstance. I will refuse the temptation to be cynical... the tool of the lazy thinker. I will refuse to see people as anything less than human beings, created by God. I will refuse to see any problem as anything less than an opportunity to see God.

If we can understand that death is not the end but is really a transition into the next life, the great part of life, that frees us up into receiving God's courage and his help.

Because of Bethlehem, I have a friend in heaven.

Be a child again. Flirt. Giggle. Dip your cookies in your milk. Take a nap. Say you're sorry if you hurt someone. Chase a butterfly. Be a child again.

Don't see yourself as a product of your parents DNA, but rather as a brand new idea from heaven.

I picked up this book called Blue Mountain, supposed to be a really good book on the Civil War.
