Children spell love with four letters: T-I-M-E.

No person is too hardened.

Grace is God as heart surgeon, cracking open your chest, removing your heart - poisoned as it is with pride and pain - and replacing it with his own.

His is a joy which consequences cannot quench. His is a peace which circumstances cannot steal.

Live in such a way that you would not have to change your plans.

If I succeed, I will give thanks. If I fail, I will seek His grace.

I'm right now wrapping up the sermon series on grace. I'd like to figure out what this next series will be in January. To do that, I'm going to come up with four or five really good ideas - at least that I think are really good ideas - and if I don't sense God really highlighting one of those, I will go to the elders of our church and my co-pastors.
