The secret of happiness is simply this... your happiness does NOT depend on getting what you want.

You have a wisdom inside you - listen for it. You have a light inside you - feel its glow. You have the power to speak and act and make things manifest in the world - let your wisdom and light guide you as you do.

The most important choice you make is what you choose to make important.

If a stick is floating down a river and gets stuck, it doesn't need years of therapy. It just needs a little nudge and then it will get back into the flow of the river.

We tend to think only in terms of what we think is plausible that we could pull off and decide that "that's what I want", instead of focusing on "what do I want?" and then figuring out how we could pull it off.
