That's the advice I would give to women: Don't look at the bankbook or the title. Look at the heart. Look at the soul. Look at how the guy treats his mother and what he says about women. How he acts with children he doesn't know. And, more important, how does he treat you? When you're dating a man, you should always feel good. You should never feel less than. You should never doubt yourself.

We need all hands on deck, and that means clearing hurdles for women and girls as they navigate careers in science, technology, engineering, and math.

We've gotten commitments from medical schools, from nursing schools, to step up and increase that pool of knowledgeable individuals.

As women, we cannot afford to neglect ourselves.

When you walk through that door of opportunity you don't slam it shut behind you.

The arts can enrich all of us in this nation as individuals. The arts can enrich all of our communities and the country. And the arts can connect us to each other like nothing else can.

I've seen firsthand that being president doesn't change who you are. It reveals who you are.
