Good health is multifaceted - it's physical, it's internal, it's my diet, and my emotional state. It's all tied in together.

Countries are stronger and more prosperous when the voices and opinions of all their citizens can be heard.

My role models were the people in my life. My mom, for sure. My dad. The teachers. For me, role-modeling was immediate, it was touchable. It was rare for me to idolize a movie star or a singer...because, truly, children connect with who is in their lives, present and accounted for.

We need to fix our souls. Our souls are broken in this nation. We have lost our way. And it begins with inspiration. It begins with leadership.

There are many different ways that a military person's career can be translated.

Ultimately this issue is on us. We're the ones who make the decisions about what our kids eat.

I'm not a big fan of young kids having Facebook. It's not something they need. It's not necessary.
