People say that I'm always late, but that's a myth

That was the action figure I was playing with. I grew up having this fantasy of being a superhero, being Princess Power.

There are many times where even I, at certain points in the evening, after a few drinks, can't pronounce my own surname.

For me, having kids put so much into perspective. I wasn't so worried about my career and what I did or didn't achieve. Because, suddenly, I was like, "As long as this baby is healthy and safe, everything else is fine."

When I think about myself at 15, I can't relate to myself at all. I thought I knew everything.

Its going to seem idiotic to say this, but I think that at a given moment we all need a place to ourselves where we can refuge ourselves and cut ourselves off from the world.

I grew up with Thundercats and She-Ra: Princess Of Power. That was sort of my take on fantasy: the women after-school cartoon world.
