Molly SimsSometimes when I'm healthier on a big day, I feel better about myself. If I eat terribly and I don't sleep well and I drink too much - three or four or five days in a row - it really catches up to me. It's good to have one fun day, as I call it, whether it be a Saturday, a Sunday, a Monday. It doesn't matter.
