I've never met a bread basket that I didn't love. At the same time, it can make me tired. If I have too much wine, it's too much sugar. If I overindulge on tortilla chips in a Mexican restaurant, I can really feel it. I think sometimes just watching it and not doing things in excess can really help with whether you feel good or not.

Molly SimsThis does not come naturally. I have to work out 60 to 90 minutes at least five days a week and stick to a high- fiber, low-calorie eating plan.
Molly SimsI do try to watch it. I'm not saying you have to put yourself on a diet, because I hate the word "diet." But it's more of, like, having a balanced lifestyle makes me feel better. I try to do one to two days with no meat. I try to lessen my gluten. Those are things that I struggle with.
Molly SimsI love meditating and taking some time for myself when I need it. As moms, it's easy to feel guilty about this sort of thing, but it's necessary. If I'm feeling overwhelmed, I'll walk down the beach or just sit in silence and reflect. Even if it's just 10 minutes, every little bit helps.
