Basically, high protein, low carb. I work out three to four times a week. I definitely don't do the same thing every day, whether it be spinning or hiking or walking or doing the treadmill. I try to do something different every day. But definitely the one thing is, I sweat.
Molly SimsSo forget the price tag. I mean, forget the size tag and focus on "Does it look right on me?" Would it look better with a little more blouse? A lot of people think, "Oh, my God, it's got to be tight, it's got to be tight." Actually, you look thinner when it's not as tight.
