I tried to be really healthy and eat whole and organic as much as possible. I think that's the key to avoiding crazy weight gain.
Molly SimsBasically, high protein, low carb. I work out three to four times a week. I definitely don't do the same thing every day, whether it be spinning or hiking or walking or doing the treadmill. I try to do something different every day. But definitely the one thing is, I sweat.
