I have always said, in my own rise in the leadership, please don't ever ask anybody to vote for me because I'm a woman.

I specially want to have young women not to wait as I did until my children were grown, but young women to come in to gain their seniority so they could be respected leaders at a much earlier age. It's important for all women to see young women who share their experience whether it's as a working mom with young children, who understands the struggle and the aspirations of young women in a similar situation. And if they don't have family and they're pursuing their career women should see that as well.

As we disagree with each other, we learn more about each other, and more and more people are coming together.

My biggest fight has been between those who wanted to do something incremental and those who wanted to do something comprehensive. We won that fight, and once we kick through this door, there'll be more legislation to follow.

I will not be making appointments to a committee that is not bipartisan.

I believe that we won't get the fullest contribution from women, they won't be able to reach their fullest aspirations, until we take a completely different look at how we make healthcare more affordable, higher quality, with better access to many more women.

I have said it before and I will say it again: Impeachment is off the table.
