I don't take vacations.

If you know anything about me, you know that my life's taken a few unexpected curves and crashes along the way. But hey, at least I can say I took the scenic route!

Ignorance is my least favorite thing. I really think it's at the core of all our problems.

I don't think we spend enough time in reflection and introspection. We don't know who we are as individuals in this culture any more.

Once you start to question your life you get to a higher level of awareness. It's like turning a light on-voila you see you have choices and choices are sacred.

I'm certainly not ashamed to say that I was on some anti-depressant medications. I believe there are times in life where we have to raise our hand and say I need help. I found a good doctor.
