We will form an army of poor, where every poor will be a soldier and we will win the war against poverty on behalf of their strength.

Bringing 17 crore people to the doors of the bank is a huge task and I commend all the bank officials for the same. It is not difficult to open a bank branch, it is difficult to get 17 crore people to open bank accounts.

This country has attained 'Swarajya', but unfortunately the dream of 'Surajya' is left unfulfilled. Today, if there is any major challenge before this country, it is that of a 'Surajya' and since the last decade, Gujarat is working in the direction of attaining Surajya.

We do not run government on whims of an individual, our progress is reforms driven, our reforms are policy driven and our policies are people driven.

The government must nurture an eco-system where the economy is primed for growth; and growth promotes all-rounddevelopment. Where development is employment-generating ; and employment is enabled by skills. Where skills are synced with production; and production is benchmarked to quality. Where quality meets global standards; and meeting global standards drives prosperity. Most importantly, this prosperity is for the welfare of all. That is my concept ofeconomic good governance and all round development.

I have not come to Kashi to seek votes but to connect with the people and understand their problems.

Digital India' is not an elite concept anymore. We have to use this idea to revolutionize health and education in India.
